Yeşim Salman

Yeşim Salman is currently the Head of Sales Operations & Excellence for the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa at Philips, where they also serve as Head of Business Excellence. Prior to this role, Yeşim was a Continuous Improvement Lead at Philips and held various positions at DHL Supply Chain and Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş., including Senior Process Improvement Advisor and Sales & Marketing Project Coordinator, respectively. Yeşim received a degree in Chemical Engineering from İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü and has completed additional studies in Project Management and Leadership & Management at Yıldız Teknik University. Their diverse background reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
