Youssef Halas

Youssef Halas is a transformational healthcare leader with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience. Currently, they serve as the Head of Post Market Surveillance at Philips, guiding a global team to ensure compliance with regulations and improve quality management systems. Previously, Youssef held significant roles at GE Healthcare, including Director of Post Market Surveillance, and was the Head of Research and Development at MEDEX Healthcare, Inc. They earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Medical Microbiology and Immunology and Biology from the American University of Beirut.
