Chris Fox is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Hanwha Philly Shipyard, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Array Technologies, where they built and led global securities, corporate governance, and compliance functions. Chris has extensive experience in corporate law, having worked as a Capital Markets Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis and a Corporate Associate at Jones Day. They are an MBA candidate at The Wharton School while also pursuing a Doctor of Jurisprudence at The University of Texas School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution. Additionally, they participated in an international exchange program at Leiden University.
