philm® – Video that works. Systematic. Measurable. Human.

philm® is a film and video production company specializing in strategic video marketing, recruiting, and internal communication. We don’t just produce videos — we build high-performing video channels that create visibility, build trust, and drive growth.

Many companies have strong products, convincing services, and great people. The problem is: the market doesn’t see it. One-off videos, sporadic content, or a single image film per year are no longer enough. What’s missing is a continuous video strategy with clear goals and measurable impact.

That’s exactly where we come in:
We are not a traditional video service provider.
We become your video growth partner.

Together, we develop a video strategy that directly supports your business objectives:
• increased market visibility
• better-qualified applicants
• higher trust and conversion in sales
• stronger employee retention

At the center of everything we do are your people. In times of AI and automation, authenticity, personality, and culture make the real difference. We give your employees, leaders, and teams the stage they deserve — real, credible, and relevant to your audience.

Our approach is clear:
• Goals before formats – we start with “why,” not with cameras
• Continuity over one-off projects – video only works as a system
• Strategic and measurable – we analyze what works and scale it
• Proactive and business-driven – ideas, formats, and development included

Whether LinkedIn videos, recruiting content, brand and product films, video podcasts, internal communication, or YouTube formats: we produce content tailored to each channel and audience — from vertical social clips to high-end brand formats.

Hanseatic. Personal. Reliable.
A handshake matters. A promise counts.

philm® – Video as a growth system.
