Greg Whitehead

Greg Whitehead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Philo Ventures since August 2020 and as Senior Vice President at NAI Excel since October 2016, Greg has a strong focus on consulting services for various hospitality properties, including site acquisition and property management. Prior to these roles, Greg was a Commercial Specialist at Real Estate Asset Strategies from April 2007 to September 2016, where the emphasis was on enhancing real estate asset value using innovative strategies. Additionally, Greg worked at Best Buy as DCI from May 2004 to May 2013. Greg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Dixie State University.
