Ryan Decker

Ryan Decker is a seasoned professional with a background in sales, recruiting, and operations. They began their career as a Sales Development Representative at Motivosity and later held positions as an Account Executive at PeopleKeep and GTM Recruiter at Betts. After a brief role at Instructure, they served as Growth Operations Manager at Behavox. Ryan is currently the Growth & Platform Lead at Philo Ventures, where they partner with founders to develop go-to-market strategies and refine the studio platform. They hold a dual bachelor's degree in Russian and Linguistics from Brigham Young University.
