Goran Markulin (born May 5, 1973) is a Croatian business executive who has served as Chief Executive Officer of Philosofish since October 2024 and as Chairman of Philosofish International since 2022. They previously led Cromaris as CEO from 2009 to 2021 and held senior management positions at TDR d.o.o. (Deputy CEO), Podravka d.d. (Management Board member), and Pelagos Net Farm, contributing to international growth in food and aquaculture. They hold a Bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Zagreb (1997), a Master of Science degree in economics from the University of Zagreb (2000), and a Professional Diploma in Retailing Management from Leeds Metropolitan University (2005).
