Maureen Disini is a seasoned fashion designer with a diverse background in the fashion industry, currently running their own design firm since August 2011. Disini also contributes to Ystyle for The Philippine STAR since March 2010, and previously served as a fashion editor for Philippine Tatler from 2006 to 2011. Earlier roles include in-house stylist at MTV Philippines (2005-2006) and fashion assistant at Mega Magazine (2004-2005). Disini's educational credentials include a Summer Program in Vintage Bridal Wear from the University of the Arts London (2012), a Summer Program in Fashion Business from Istituto Marangoni Paris (2011), and a Diploma in Stilista di Moda from Istituto di Moda Burgo Milano (2010). Additionally, Disini is pursuing a degree in Photography at the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Development and a minor in Spanish at De La Salle University.
