Thomas Pongo

Thomas Pongo is an experienced professional in portfolio and project management, currently serving as Practice Lead for Portfolio Management at Phinest since December 2021. In this role, Thomas oversees mentoring, training, and recruitment processes while managing multiple client portfolios, enhancing PMO culture, and improving governance and performance management practices. Previous positions include Project Management Officer at Croix-Rouge de Belgique, where Thomas contributed to portfolio management maturity and project performance analysis, and various project management roles in academic institutions and research networks, including consulting on business ethics and digital solutions. Thomas holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management and multiple degrees in business, strategy, and economic ethics.
