Adson Silva

Adson Silva serves as the General Manager and RU Director for PHINIA in Mexico’s Electrical Systems division, overseeing full P&L responsibility for four sites, generating $400 million in annual sales and managing over 1,300 employees. Prior to this role, Adson held several leadership positions at BorgWarner, including General Director for the Energy Systems unit and Director of Sales for the Americas, accumulating extensive experience in profit accountability and cross-functional management across different regions. Adson's career began at Remy Automotive Brazil, progressing through various operational roles, and contributed to the implementation of manufacturing systems in international projects. Adson holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Industrial Management, along with a background in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Technology.
