Basile Done is a Solutions Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing reliable and flexible solutions across multiple organizations. Currently at PHINIA since February 2023, Basile collaborates with business and IT teams to manage projects through all development stages while analyzing functional and non-functional requirements. Prior roles include Solution Architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Basile focused on delivering effective information systems solutions, and Senior Solution Architect & Product Owner at Ericsson, overseeing product roadmaps and ensuring security standards. Basile's background encompasses technical solution architecture at Vodafone, automation projects at Ericsson, and project management in European projects at CADDRU. Basile holds a degree in Computers and Information Technology from Polytechnics University Bucharest and has completed coursework related to decision models and risk analysis.
