Ben Hawker

Ben Hawker is currently working as a Plant Lean Manager at PHINIA, where Ben develops, sets the pace, and implements business transformation and continuous improvement strategies. Prior to this role, Ben held similar positions at BorgWarner, where Ben also focused on operational management for product line manufacturing Euro 7 diesel fuel systems. Ben has a strong engineering background, having worked as an Engineering Team Manager at Delphi and in various engineering roles in manufacturing plants. Ben holds a BEng in Automotive Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Warwick.
