Ben Wade

Ben Wade is a Senior Development Engineer at PHINIA since July 2023, with a robust background in engineering and development across several prominent companies. Prior to PHINIA, Ben held the same title at BorgWarner Inc. from October 2020 to July 2023 and at Delphi Technologies from January 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included developing light duty common rail diesel fuel pumps. Ben's earlier experience includes a Project Engineer role at Ricardo and various engineering positions at Delphi Diesel Systems, focusing on bearing development in high-pressure diesel pumps and piezo injector projects. Ben holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University and A-Levels in Maths, Physics, and Product Design from The Bishops Stortford High School.
