Claudiu Maxim possesses extensive engineering experience in manufacturing, with a career spanning from August 2013 to the present. At Delphi Diesel Systems, Claudiu served as a Manufacturing Engineer focusing on ECM&EDM processes, contributing to process improvements, customer sample validation, and risk mitigation strategies. From September 2019 to May 2021, Claudiu advanced to the role of Manufacturing Lead Engineer for Light Vehicles at BorgWarner Inc. Currently, as Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at PHINIA since May 2021, responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing operations and implementing technical proposals aimed at enhancing quality, cost efficiency, and lead times. Claudiu holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Materials and Techniques for Experimental Analysis from Universitatea Tehnică „Gh. Asachi” din Iași (2007-2013).
