Dave Illes

Dave Illes is an experienced automotive and commercial vehicle aftermarket sales executive currently serving as the Director of Sales, Marketing & Training for North American Aftermarket at PHINIA. With a strong history in sales and marketing leadership, they have held various significant roles, including Director of Sales & Marketing at Standard Motor Products and Director of Sales & Marketing for North America at Lumileds. Dave has also worked with Philips Lighting and Tenneco, where they successfully closed major accounts and developed strategic sales initiatives. They are currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Sheridan College and a Bachelor’s in Automotive Aftermarket Management from Northwood University.
