David Ilari is currently an Electronics Systems Senior Engineer at BorgWarner Inc. and has held the same title at Delphi Technologies from 2017 to 2020. Previously, David worked as a Race Mechanic at Saxon Motorsport Ltd from 2003 to 2006, and as an Apprentice Race Mechanic at the same company from 2002 to 2003. David also gained experience as an Engine Test Engineer at Delphi Diesel Systems from 2006 to 2007 and as a Production Coordinator at Farbio Sports Cars in 2008. David earned a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering with first-class honors from the University of Leeds between 2003 and 2006 after attending Cranbrook Grammar School from 1997 to 2002.
