Jon Bennett

Jon Bennett is an experienced professional in the automotive manufacturing industry, currently serving as Product Line Manager at PHINIA since July 2023, specializing in commercial vehicle engine components. Prior to this role, Jon worked at BorgWarner Inc. as Launch and Deputy Plant Manager from November 2019 to July 2023, and at Delphi Technologies as Operations & Deputy Plant Manager from February 2017 to November 2019. Jon's extensive background includes serving as Diesel Production Readiness & Launch Manager at Delphi Diesel Systems from 2004 to 2017, overseeing the launch of new programs across multiple manufacturing plants in Europe and Asia. This experience is complemented by roles as Senior Programme Manager and Programme Manager, where Jon played a key role in new product development and compliance with Euro 6 emissions regulations. Additionally, Jon held positions as Principal Engineer and Manufacturing Systems Engineer, leading teams and managing high-volume manufacturing processes.
