Marek Malinowski is a dedicated Plant Manager at PHINIA, with a strong background in Lean Agile/Six Sigma principles. They have received several accolades, including the PPG Global Sustainability Award in 2021 and the Hoist Finance SSC training program award in 2022. Alongside their management role, Marek currently teaches Lean Management at Wyższa Szkoła Kadr Menedżerskich and Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna im. Króla Stanisława Leszczyńskiego.
