Melis Aytaç

Melis Aytaç is a seasoned professional in human resources with a focus on talent management and employee training. Having worked at BorgWarner as a Compensation Benefits Specialist and later as a Talent & Training Partner, Melis now holds the same title at PHINIA, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes and designing training programs. Melis possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ege University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution, alongside an Erasmus experience in Economics at FEP U.
