Mialy Shrady

Mialy Shrady is the Global PMO Manager at PHINIA, following a spin-off from BorgWarner. Mialy previously held positions at BorgWarner, Delphi Technologies, and Delphi Auto Parts, where they managed various operational and product-line initiatives. Mialy began their career at Honeywell, serving as a Senior Pricing Analyst and eventually taking on roles in channel marketing and product management. Mialy earned an MBA in Marketing as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Sacred Heart University.
