Naresh Khanduri is an experienced maintenance professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Maintenance Head for Plant Utility and Machine Maintenance at PHINIA since March 2023, Naresh is responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities, including analyzing equipment needs and developing preventive maintenance programs.
