Pat Staarmann

Pat Staarmann is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales for the Americas at PHINIA since July 2023, Pat previously held the position of Senior Director of Americas Sales for Fuel Injection Systems at BorgWarner Inc. from October 2020 to June 2023. Prior to this, Pat was Senior Director of Global Sales for Powertrain Products and Global Customer Director at Delphi Technologies from December 2017 to October 2020. Pat's career at Delphi spanned from 2000 to 2017, during which roles included Global Customer Director, Sales Director, and Customer Manager, focusing on key accounts such as General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and Chrysler. Pat holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.
