Philippe Rocca

Philippe Rocca is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Global Director of Manufacturing Engineering for FS & Electronics at PHINIA since July 2023. Previously, Philippe held the position of Global Chief Manufacturing Engineer for Electric Motor and Driveline at BorgWarner from May 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, Philippe worked at Delphi Technologies as the Technical Director for North America Localization of Gas Fuel Systems from March 2020 to May 2022, and spent over two decades at Delphi in various roles including Global Director of Manufacturing Engineering for Gas Fuel Systems, Chief Manufacturing Engineer for Europe, Engineering Manager, Product Team Leader, Program Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer. Philippe began the professional career at SK Hand Tool Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer. Philippe holds a Master's degree from Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Génie des Systèmes Industriels, completing the program between 1993 and 1996.
