Raghavan B.S is a seasoned Functional Safety Manager currently leading a team of engineers at PHINIA, focusing on field issue resolution and team upskilling in Functional Safety and SFMEA. With prior experience at BorgWarner and Delphi Technologies, Raghavan has been instrumental in managing safety lifecycle projects, training new team members, and aligning processes with ISO26262 standards. Raghavan’s educational background includes an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Raghavan is a certified Level 2 Functional Safety Professional from TUV SUD and has consistently contributed to enhancing workforce capabilities and implementing safety practices across various automotive projects.
