Rodolphe Dratch

Rodolphe Dratch is an experienced engineering manager currently leading at PHINIA since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rodolphe served as FIE System manager at BorgWarner Inc. from October 2020 to March 2024, and previously held the position of System Development Leader at DELPHI France from November 2000 to March 2024, overseeing a team of engineers and focusing on system performance development. Rodolphe's career began at CAC Systèmes - EADS Group, where responsibilities included being the Aeronautical & Mechanical Design Office Manager and design engineer from June 1996 to October 2000. Rodolphe holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Composite Materials from Université de Bordeaux (1987-1992) and completed the highest competitive examination for teaching posts in universities in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution (1995-1996).
