Stéphane Bourdillon is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Director of ECU & Systems at PHINIA since July 2023, overseeing the global product engineering team for engine control units and embedded systems. Previously, Stéphane held multiple director positions at BorgWarner from March 2016 to June 2023, managing engineering customer teams and design projects. Prior to that, Stéphane worked at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi from February 2006 to February 2016, where responsibilities included leading projects for diesel engine development and collaborating with Daimler on next-generation engine initiatives. Stéphane holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile, obtained in 1997.
