Uday Pai

Uday Pai is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the development of high-pressure common rail injectors and diesel fuel systems. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at PHINIA since July 2023, Uday previously held similar senior engineering roles at BorgWarner Inc. and Delphi Technologies, focusing on the management and development of various diesel injector systems. With a robust background that includes technical leadership, product development, and project management, Uday has successfully guided teams through all phases of product lifecycle, from concept to production, while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and requirements. Uday Pai holds a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Hochschule Esslingen and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
