Samuel Wise

Samuel Wise is an experienced technical support leader currently serving as the Director of Technical Support at PhishingBox since March 2021. In this role, Samuel Wise leads a support team focused on identifying bugs, implementing platform improvements, and enhancing customer satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering award-winning service to clients of all sizes. Prior to this, Samuel Wise worked as a C# Developer at Caldwell Tanks, Inc. from June 2017 to April 2018, where the design and development of a C# program translating complex MathCad logic and equations was successfully completed. Samuel Wise holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, earned between 2016 and 2020.
