Stephen Peary

Stephen Peary is currently the CFO at Phizzle. Stephen has previous experience as the CFO for Firepond, Inc./FPX, Inc. from January 2004 to December 2009 and as a Managing Director for Stinson Capital Management, LLC from January 2002 to December 2005.

Stephen has experience in complex going public and capital raising transactions. At Firepond/FPX, they were responsible for automating and simplifying the sales process for clients with complex product lines. During their time at Stinson Capital Management, they organized and managed equity funds totaling over $150 million and advised marine industry corporations on various financings.

Stephen’s experience in finance and managing complex transactions makes him an asset to Phizzle. Under their leadership, Phizzle has been able to streamline their sales process and grow their business.

Stephen Peary's educational career began with him obtaining a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Stephen then went on to obtain a J.D. in Business Finance, Securities, and Tax from Georgetown University Law Center. Finally, they obtained an LL.M. in Federal Taxation from Boston University School of Law.

Stephen Peary reports to Ben Davis, CEO. They work with Ryan Brady - CTO, Kari Baker - VP, Customer Success & Operations, and Jeff Cristee - Chief Revenue Officer.
