Katie Stephens

Katie joined PHL in February 2021 having previously worked for PHL in 2015 where she set up the HR function. Katie is delighted to be back at PHL heading up the HR Directorate.

Katie has worked in Human Resources for 14 years and has a wealth of knowledge in both the public and private sector including highly regulated and audited industries such as environmental testing and aviation. Katie recognises the value of employees and the difference the HR team can make to the employee experience as well as the performance of the organisation.
