Ryan Rosenbaum

Ryan Rosenbaum has a wealth of experience in media and content production. Ryan began their career as a Student Athlete at the University of Florida in 2012. In 2015, they became the President of Florida Swim Network and gained experience in directing, announcing, reporting, interviewing, managing a team, and producing broadcast video content. In 2016, they founded The Establishing Shot and led a team of new staff writers, editors, podcast creators and social media managers. Ryan also developed the site architecture to enable rapid growth and managed a team of 50+ volunteer contributors with an annual viewership increase of 300%. In 2018, they became a Content Producer. In 2017, they founded Phlex and served as the Chief Product Officer and Founder. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head of Content for Cali Condors.
