Pavan Kular

Pavan Kular has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career at Lloyds Banking Group as a File Clerk and Data Handler, where they acquired skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail. They also worked at Morrisons as a Grocery Clerk, focusing on customer service and inventory management. Pavan then pursued a role at St Martins Hospital, where they gained insight into mental healthcare and observed the impact of mental health conditions. At Jhoots Group, they served as a Pre-registration Pharmacist, solidifying their pharmacy knowledge and effectively communicating with patients and healthcare professionals. They continued their career at Tesco as a Duty Pharmacy Manager before joining Phlo as a Pharmacy Manager in 2021.

Pavan Kular completed two Master's degrees in Pharmacy from the University of Greenwich and the University of Kent, spanning the years 2012 to 2018. In November 2019, Pavan obtained several certifications from various institutions, including CPPE and the Alzheimer's Society. These certifications cover a range of topics including children's oral health, dementia, reducing look-alike sound-alike errors, repeat dispensing, risk management, safeguarding children and vulnerable adults at Level 2, sepsis, and summary care records in community pharmacy.
