Rae B.

Rae B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2010 as a Sales Assistant at Hawkin's Bazaar and later became a Supervisor before moving on to Next as a Stockroom Coordinator. In 2013, Rae worked as a Barista at Mrs Smith's Cakes and Bakes, and concurrently as a Conference and Banqueting Assistant at Mercure Ardoe House Hotel and Spa.

In 2018, Rae joined The Scottish Government as a Client Advisor, where they worked until 2021. During their time there, they also took on the role of Tester, contributing to remote testing teams for multiple new releases. This involved collaborating with various stakeholders and performing different types of testing, such as manual, regression, and exploratory testing.

Rae's most recent work experience is with Phlo, starting in 2022. They currently hold the position of Software Tester.

Rae B. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews between 2014 and 2018. They obtained a certification as a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in October 2021.
