Michael Montague

Michael Montague is currently the Director of Training at Phlow, where they lead the design and implementation of company-wide training programs focused on regulatory compliance and employee development. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Principal Learning and Development Manager at PPD and gained foundational experience as a Laboratory Analyst at Abbott. They have also worked as a Research Specialist in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Virginia Commonwealth University. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Virginia Commonwealth University.
