Parker Wolfinger

Parker Wolfinger serves as the Director of Government Finance and Compliance at Phlow since August 2025. Prior to this role, Parker was a Senior Managing Consultant at Berkeley Research Group LLC from January 2023 to August 2025. Parker's experience also includes nearly seven years at BDO USA, LLP, where positions included Senior Manager in Industry Specialty Services for Biodefense and Government Contracts, Consulting Manager, and Senior Associate. Earlier in the career, Parker worked as a Consultant at Capital Edge Consulting from July 2014 to December 2016. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce, Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, completed in 2014.
