Rustam Garrey

Rustam Garrey has extensive experience in process chemistry and pharmaceutical development. Starting as a Pilot Plant Chemist at Boulder Scientific Company in 1998, they progressed to roles such as Senior Research Scientist at Array BioPharma Inc., Director of Chemistry at Plura Biosciences, and R&D Manager at W. R. Grace & Co. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Process Chemistry at Phlow, showcasing their expertise in the industry.

Rustam Garrey holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Kazan State University. Following their doctoral studies, they pursued further research as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Organometallic Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2018, Rustam obtained an Executive Certificate in Negotiation from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
