Stephanie Mabry

Stephanie Mabry has extensive experience in analytical chemistry and laboratory management. Currently serving as the lead for the Richmond Analytical Laboratory at Phlow since February 2025, Stephanie is responsible for overseeing the transition from USP and managing analytical method development and testing activities. Prior to this role, from June 2021 to January 2025, Stephanie was a Senior Manager at the US Pharmacopeia, where responsibilities included leading a satellite laboratory focused on analytical method development for pharmaceutical continuous manufacturing. Earlier experience includes serving as R&D Manager at Afton Chemical from January 2007 to June 2021, leading a department with over 25 staff members, and enhancing analytical testing for new product development. Additionally, Stephanie worked as a Research Scientist at Insmed Incorporated from March 2005 to November 2006, supporting manufacturing optimization for a protein therapeutic drug product. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BS in Chemistry from West Virginia University.
