Caroline Parker has extensive experience in public health and education, currently serving as a Research Assistant and Program Coordinator at Public Health Management Corporation since July 2016, where responsibilities include the implementation and evaluation of a Federal I3 Research Project in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin and the Philadelphia School District.
