Kay Kinsey has extensive experience in nursing and public health administration, currently serving as Principal Investigator and Administrator for the Philadelphia Nurse-Family Partnership with the National Nursing Centers Consortium since July 2004. In addition to this role, Kay Kinsey has held similar positions at the Public Health Management Corporation and NNCC since 2004 and oversees the programs at the Philadelphia Nurse Family Partnership and The Mabel Morris Early Head Start Program in Philadelphia, a position held since 2002.
