Paul McElwee

Paul McElwee has extensive experience in project management and performing arts. Since April 2008, Paul has served as a Project Manager at the Public Health Management Corporation, focusing on a theatre-based teen pregnancy prevention intervention for young men in Philadelphia while also managing funding and other adolescent health initiatives. Concurrently, Paul has been involved in the performing arts, acting with various theatre companies including The Ritz Theatre Company, 11th Hour Theatre Company, and City Theater Company since 2009, while also fulfilling the role of Recruiter/Interviewer at City Theater Company since November 2012. Prior to these roles, Paul directed programs and education at the Garden State Discovery Museum from March 2004 to December 2015. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Delaware, obtained in 1992.
