Siera Bosque is the Program Director of Project LYFT at Public Health Management Corporation, leveraging over 8 years of experience in client-focused operations, talent management, and program leadership. Previously, Siera advanced from Site Director to overseeing and mentoring a team of Site Coordinators, ensuring program compliance and high-quality service delivery across multiple locations. They have directed and optimized data collection and compliance for federally funded programs, and are skilled in strategic planning and budget management. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Leadership at Valar Institute, Siera holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University.
