Lloyd Francis has extensive experience in client support and account management, currently serving as a Client Support Manager at PHMG since November 2015, where exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills are utilized to enhance customer satisfaction. Lloyd previously held positions such as Account Manager and Client Services Coordinator at PHMG, focusing on audio branding solutions and collaborating with creative departments. Prior to PHMG, Lloyd worked as a Business Analyst at Eventpad, managing software development processes, and as a Digital Media Assistant at Carat Manchester, contributing to online advertising campaigns. Lloyd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2014.
