Mike Young

Mike Young has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at PHMG since 2023. Previously, they worked for The Insurance Octopus as the Head of Sales from 2013 to 2022, where they were responsible for managing a team of sales managers and achieving financial targets. Before that, Mike worked as an Operations Manager at Synapse, leading and motivating a team of eight team leaders in a B2B outbound sales environment. Mike also served as a Call Centre Manager at Virgin Media and as an Area Fitness Manager at DC Leisure Management Ltd earlier in their career.

Mike Young obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from the University of Southampton between the years 2000 and 2003.
