Tom Heaton

Tom Heaton is an accomplished branding and communications professional with extensive experience in creative leadership. Currently serving as Director of Brand & Communications and Global Creative Director at PHMG since January 2021, Tom focuses on enhancing communication strategies through creative, technology-driven productions. As Founder and Creative Director of Made by Formula, established in January 2020, Tom specializes in strategic branding in the UK. Additionally, Tom co-founded Dazzle Group in May 2020, offering comprehensive branding and marketing solutions. Previously, Tom held the position of Creative Director at AHOY® from May 2017 to January 2021, and at DS.Emotion from August 2014 to May 2017, contributing to branding and place-making initiatives. Earlier career roles include Senior Designer at Raw Design Studio and Designer at RT2 Design, where Tom was also a co-founder. Tom Heaton obtained a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Lincoln and a Foundation Degree in Art & Design from Mid Cheshire College.
