Alex Turner

Alex Turner has an extensive work experience in the field of health economics and data analytics. Alex is currently serving as the Director of RWE & Data Analytics at PHMR Ltd. Prior to this, Alex worked as an Associate Director at RTI Health Solutions from February 2021 to April 2022. Alex also has a strong academic background, having worked as a Research Fellow & Lecturer in Health Economics at The University of Manchester from October 2016 to February 2021. Before that, Alex was a PhD student in Health Economics from October 2013 to September 2016 and a Research Associate in Health Economics from October 2012 to October 2013, both at The University of Manchester. Additionally, Alex gained early professional experience as an intern at Frontier Economics in June-July 2011.

Alex Turner began their education at The University of Manchester in 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics. Alex completed this program in 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, Alex continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics and Econometrics between 2011 and 2012. Building on their academic achievements, they went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine at The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2016.
