Cormac Sammon has extensive experience in epidemiology and biostatistics, with a career spanning over a decade. At Putnam from June 2016 to July 2024, Cormac held multiple titles, including Partner in Real World Evidence & Biostatistics, Chief Epidemiologist, and Senior Epidemiologist. Prior to this, Cormac was a Research Associate in Epidemiology at University College London from September 2014 to June 2016, contributing to various epidemiology projects funded by industry, research councils, and the European Commission. Cormac also worked as a Research Associate in Pharmacoepidemiology at the University of Bath from May 2012 to July 2014, focusing on similar funded projects. Cormac earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacoepidemiology from the University of Bath (2009-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science (Pharmacology) from the National University of Ireland, Galway (2005-2009).
