Gavin Curtis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and the arts. They served as General Manager at Pho Restaurant from 2006 to 2017, overseeing its expansion from one to over twenty locations in the UK. Following that, Gavin held various managerial roles, including General Manager at Eat Vietnam and Mission Mars. Additionally, they worked as a freelance theatre director and writer with Hanumantics from 2012 to 2018, showcasing their creative talents.
