Ruben Veiga possesses extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, serving as General Manager at Pho Restaurant since July 2018. Prior experience includes a dual role as Carer during a lockdown for The Orders of St John Care Trust and previous General Manager positions at YO! Sushi and other management and assistant roles in various establishments. Ruben's career began with a focus on customer service and mixology in cocktail bars, coupled with foundational positions in food service. Academic qualifications include a Level 3 degree in Restaurant Management from Stone Bridge College and an educational background from Escola Profissional Mariana Seixas.
