Debbie Hallanger is the current Acting Professional Services Manager at Phocas Software. Debbie has over 20 years of experience in programming, systems analysis, and technical support. Prior to joining Phocas Software, Debbie worked as a Senior Technical Architect at AT&T for 10 years, programming ColdFusion web applications. Debbie also worked as a Systems Analyst at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and as a Microsoft Tier 3 Support at Volt Technical Resources. Debbie started their career as a Lead Programmer at NWLS.

Debbie Hallanger has completed the Dale Carnegie Course Step 1: The Foundation (Live Online) and has a certification from LinkedIn in Enhancing Resilience. Debbie is currently attending Eastern Washington University and is certified in Adult First Aid/CPR from the American Red Cross.
