Alice Wright

Alice Wright is an accomplished office manager with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as Office Manager at Phoebe Philo since October 2025, Alice previously held the same title at Papier from April 2022 to October 2025, where the company gained recognition as one of the fastest growing start-ups in the UK. Prior to that, as HR and Office Manager at Selina Finance, a certified B Corp™, Alice oversaw HR functions and office management in a growing fintech environment. Alice's career began in the recruitment sector as an Independent Schools Consultant for Connaught Education and included roles in property management at Maguire Jackson and Hicks Hadley. Alice holds an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration from Birmingham Metropolitan College.
